Presidents & Secretary report – verbal report on progress of the garden
Lease and planning report – Bernie
Fundraising report – verbal report on recent fundraising activities and planned events for 2010
Treasures report – tabled financial statement of income and outgoing expenses for financial year 2008-2009 and presentation or business plan for next three years
4. Election of Office bearers and committee members –
Nominations can be received in writing to the interim returning office Eleisha Mullane by email [email protected] no later then Monday 30th of November 2009. All nominations have to be made by a financial member of the association.

Notice on voting
If you are interested in nominating for committee or any of the office bearer positions please download the nomination form. We will take it as read that people who nominated at the last meeting intend to nominate again. On reading the model rules it seems you have to get 2 members to nominate you so I will bring copies of the nomination form to the next meeting so people can other members to sign their nomination forms.
